Yalova University Engineering Faculty Transportation Engineering Department Head. Dr. Rafet Bozdoğan, Dr. Faculty Member Yavuz Delice and Dr. Under the leadership of Yalçın Eyigün, the first of the experience sharing trips, which are aimed to become a tradition every year, was organized in Şanlıurfa Municipality.
Within the scope of the excursion, after our group reached Şanlıurfa province on the first day, a rest and meeting meeting was held in the mansion of Sakıb. At the meeting, the activities to be carried out within the scope of the educational trip were summarized by Mehmet Can Hallaç, the Head of Transportation Department of Şanlıurfa Municipality. Later, the caravan moved to the Municipality of Şanlıufa, after going to the traffic services unit, listening to the presentations on "Traffic Management and Control", and in the public transportation unit, "Making Public Transport Effective and Attractive", our faculty and students were informed about the public transportation vehicles. . Following the dinner, the Head of Transportation, Mehmet Can Hallaç, made a presentation on "The Future of Cities and Mobility".
On the second day of the trip, our faculty members and students attended the Halfeti Lake boat tour, accompanied by Mehmet Can Hallaç, Head of Transportation. After the trips to Kafile Harran University, Göbekli Tepe, Şanlıurfa Balıklı Lake, Hz. Eyüp visited the patience authority. At the end of the day, dinner was accompanied by Urfa Queue Nights.
On the last day of the trip, a short evaluation of the days spent with breakfast in the Lodge of Sakıb was made. Later, a free trip was made around Balıklı lake. A trip was organized to the cave where Abraham was born and hid in Şanlıurfa, the holy city of three religions. After this, our party moved to Şanlıurfa GAP Airport after dinner and left the city.
